Learn To Fight So You Don’t Have To

Awarded BEST OF PHOENIX 2010

Our training program is a comprehensive traditional system of Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do, or under it’s more recognized Korean Martial Art name, Taekwondo. Our Mixed Martial Arts SELF DEFENSE curriculum is specially designed to provide our students with practical self-defense capabilities for real-life situations.

With skill sets including rapid blocking and striking with the hands and feet, leveraged joint locking techniques, practical kicking and throwing techniques combined with study of traditional Chinese Kung Fu, Japanese Karate and Korean forms, we strive to provide our students with a variety of self-defense options, enabling them to use the appropriate amount of force necessary to subdue any attacker and effectively handle any situation.

“Our goal is to teach our students to fight so well that they never have to.”

Traditional Martial Arts also includes a variety of martial weapons, the practice of which develop attributes such as strength, speed, endurance, coordination, concentration, and the ability to use anything as a self-defense weapon if necessary.

More importantly, we believe in building a student from the inside out.
You will learn to be mild on the outside and strong on the inside. Your confidence will grow to new levels as you discover your inner-strength through ancient wisdom and modern teaching techniques.

We are honored to have been considered as your Phoenix martial arts school, and will do our best to continue to provide quality information and instruction both in and outside our academy. Kamsahamnida. Domo arigato. Xia xia. Thank you!
